These are the winners of the 2008 scarecrows competition as voted for by the public. The winners will each receive a £25 cash prize which this year is kindly sponsored by the Turnpike Beefeater. We estimate that there were around 300 scarecrows this year.

The Scarecrow Organising Committee would like to thank all villagers for taking the time out of their busy lives once again to create such tremendously imaginative scarecrows and for their ongoing support of our
fundraising efforts for Harpole village charities.
